Step 1: Check the LED Status Ring
The LED ring on the Doorbell 4 tells you its current connection state. Solid white: connected and working normally. Spinning white: booting up or connecting to Wi-Fi. Flashing white: setup mode or attempting to reconnect. Flashing blue: firmware update in progress. Solid red: no Wi-Fi connection detected. No LED: battery is fully depleted.
